We will start by taking a stroll through the local supermarket and show you how to shop for and make the famous Al Pastor tacos in the form of “Trompitos” just like they are prepared by the street vendors with the meat on a spit. Put on your apron and become our guests as we dive in to the preparation process in our family kitchen here in Cozumel. Our lovely hosts will put you to work on the cutting boards as you prepare various dishes and some of the best Margaritas on the face of the earth. As a grand finale we will all sit at the family dinner table and feast the fruits of our labor. Provecho!!
