5/5 Stars - The absolute highlight of our trip! Request Sergio! If you are visiting Cozumel, you have to book this bar tour and absolutely request Sergio as your guide! He is a super fun, great guy, incredibly knowledgeable, and made us feel safe and part of the family the entire time. We basically drove all around the island, and he taught us everything we could ever want to know about the local culture and history.
The stops were perfect. We started at an amazing local, hole-in-the-wall bar with zero tourists—just incredible vibes, cold beers, and Palomas. They brought out free ceviche and chicharrones, and honestly, it was the best I’ve ever had in my life. (In the States, people always overdo the ceviche, but this was authentic perfection.)
Next, we drove over to the wild east side of the island to another local spot where they mix drinks with fresh fruit, and I had the absolute best frozen mango margarita of my life. We hit a few more fantastic spots before wrapping up at a fun beach club with great music, excellent cocktails, and delicious food.
This wasn’t just a bar crawl; it was a phenomenal island experience. Do yourself a favor and book it—and don't forget to ask for Sergio!
